There is no real justification for killing someone who has made no overt aggression towards a clan at war other than I want to kill him...which if you want to use that rational...is cool and part of the game...but saying well it's okay to kill someone because you THINK he might be an unknown of an enemy clan is just rationalizing IMO. If you want vibrant PK in this game you need to give people to stay playing the game rather than forcing them and any other you suspect to be so an so. PK should be fun and a reason to stay playing...

| RaVaN | Not 100% accurate...someone new to the game that ends up as collateral damage may quit, someone returning might also quit...the only ones that won't are the people who are more jaded to being killed for no reason. Now I will be first to say that someone new that gets mowed down the first time and quits I have no real use for...same for a returning who gets mowed down who knows the deal...What i am talking about is harrassment to the point of silliness...which does happen. Which isn't regulated to any one clan...but does seem to be a trend that is detrimental to the health of the overall game. This just happens to be one of my personal pet peeves having dealt with things like this in previous wipes and something I would like to see ended...though in reality it isn't something that can be fixed gamewise without wrecking the game...but can only be done through dealing with the egos.

I have seen quite a few pks I thought were justified, but I have also taken part in pk that I considered to be more than a bit wrong...one big one comes to mind about attacking people that one person had a big problem with...but I actually liked and respected...but when the clan calls all must come to the battle...else why have a clan...and since the history of the personal politics of the one ends up defining the politics of the whole because people will not police themselves or thier clans...but anyhow...sorta disgusts me in some way...but understandible how it is hard to determine the real problem if you weren't there to see it...me personally feel that at the present time it is better to lean towards the side of caution/tolerance...but that is my own view.

And yes i've given some really good dmg items/+heals/etc. to brand new newbies over giving the gear to me because i want them to experience some fun with the game and see how it is to have some of the "good" stuff. And then have some buff clan whack them because the "item" was theirs at one time. Hell i've been personally threatened because i had an item some clan said was theirs even though i had said item for a couple weeks.
