At one point in time I wasn't a man of my word. I let all of BSD down and I'm sorry. I made a couple of promises to some BSD guys actually, and I will keep them. It's been a great journey, I've had a blast. For those of you who know me I will end with this:

    In protest of the staff being unwilling to actually punish anyone, I mass deleted, all 12 of my chars.
    In case you were curious, they were:
    Blam - Rank 12 ranger
    Xaff - level 30 paladin

    Moe - level 25 mage

    Don't get me wrong, I think Greer is sort of a douche and definitely shouldn't be leading a clan, but I still feel very bad about this. I just want to point out that before I helped La Resistance, I offered Greer some help with the pk situation, mainly because I enjoy it and only have two weeks to fuck around between work and school.

    But come on. This game should never force you to be this down on yourself. I remember when Renshai was going through these problems like 6 yrs ago, and it sucked but people got better and figured stuff out. Same with brotherhood, etc. Lucas took a significant number of beatdowns before he became a solid leader.

    My point is, that it remains a game and this should just be regarded as a lesson, not get you down on quitting and being depressed.

    I wasn't planning on posting, but psychoDAD where did you learn math? Even if Rurh was one of the not decent people (which is false) by him quitting how do you get that there are MORE decent people. That figure would remain the same.

    I knew this kid once...Good guy, a bit jaded at moments but an all around next to pure type dude. I seem to remember some sort of friendship between us for a second but that was only fleeting. Anyway this guy had a dream of being a great leader and also of bringing more people to the game he enjoyed playing so much. He took newbies under his freashly grown wings, and tried to teach them the best he knew how. The world caught up to him, like it always does and clipped his wings and stomped his fucking head in.

    Btw rurh, in what way were you protesting what acts going unpunished? Hopefully you're not reffering to KoT being treated as trash which you screamed over and over before.

    The really horrible thing was how once Greer deleted, Corey made a new char named Greer and convinced the other imperials to delete/suicide. Ouch.

    But anyway, how many times have the immortals posted on the board, raving about how the punishments would be severe and harsh. People breaking rules would not be tolerated blah blah blah.

    And then when people finally does do something wrong.. they get a slap on the wrist, as usual.
