Alkil Dies
Asked to kill this guy so i did!
On a Long Road
The long road stretches before you, wide and flat. To the south it
becomes open and dusty, while to the north large vallenwood trees make up
the tree village of Solace.
A translucent being hovers in the air here. (invisible)
Alkil Kiavulours, Disciple of the Elements is standing here. (flying)
. . . has a tough exterior.
A bandit is here, preying on helpless travellers.
Alkil notices the bandit eyeing his possessions.

Various animals and insects inspect you as you wearily tread this rocky
and dusty road. Bushes to the side provide ample cover for man or beast and
it would be wise to carefully watch your possessions. The road continues in
a north-south direction.
Longuriel the Male Wild Elf is resting here.

On a Long Road
The dense forest around you occasionally places obstacles in your path,
you cannot help but trip and fall. Fortunately the soft cushion of dead
leaves offers much help. Weak sounds of the hustle and bustle of town life
can be heard from the north. The road continues to the south, it seems as
if it could go on forever.

The Road to Solace
The trees that line the route give a good indication of the ways to
travel. To the north the huge vallenwood trees of Solace are visible,
clearly marking the southern entrance to the town. The road to the south
becomes wild and rocky as it leads through a wilder section of forest.

The Southern Gate
This gate protects Solace from invaders from the south. Two huge
vallenwoods stand on either side of the road and the gate is placed between
these. The forest to the south looks much wilder and dangerous than the
forest that houses Solace. Southern Avenue leads north into Solace itself.
A long torch functions as a street lamp here...it glows dimly
A large notice demanding your attention is posted on the city gates.

Sir Kantar uth MacKan walks slowly by, apparently noticing everything.
A Solace peacekeeper stands here, vigilantly guarding the town gates.

Don't suppose anyone noticed Del blatantly breaking the multipk rule, or do they still not enforce that?
hehehehe pray tell....hehehe
fag
We know that A) He was killed in Solace B) He was then killed in Palanthas.
Case 1: He rents in Solace
1)He runs back to his corpse, manages to save/survive another stab by Del at awful condition.
2)Then for some reason, he decides to go all the way to Palanthas, to sit in a no-peace to mem? Without memming any spells in the local druid memroom?
Case 2: He rents in Palanthas
In order to get back to his corpse in Solace, he would have had to mem at least some basic spells, grab some recalls etc, then head all the way to solace to try to loot.
1) You'd think he could just mem in solace druids.
2) If he did recall back to palanthas, it'd be weird that he only bought one recall. Typically people buy more than one at a time.
3) It would have taken 4-5 or more minutes for Alkil to get back to solace. His corpse would have probably decayed. Why would del stand around over this corpse for that long anyway? Typically the killer flees the scene, not wait around for the possibility that the person may come back for a long time.
3) He managed to save/survive another attack
4) If Del wasn't there when Alkil arrived, how does he know he came back to his corpse?
But we see him in the log, at fair condition, memming in Palanthas, far away from his corpse. He has no basics, like recalls or milkies, just one item, which he may or may not have picked up off the ground.
Unfortunately, the set of events that makes the most sense, is he killed Alkil in solace, went to palanthas, and killed him while he was trying to mem up.
Whether it was 'smart' to sit in nopeace is irrelevant.
1) Multiple-killing:
... NOTE: This rule is not intended to protect those players that do not use good judgement themselves and run back to the scene of the crime, or back to their aggressor immediately after their death. Use common
sense.
and 'help multi'
Multiple Pkill is defined:
... If you actively hunt someone that you have just killed you are in breach of the rules.
This is NOT meant to protect people who have just died from returning to their corpse. If you die and leave the inn you are fair game.
It'd be nice if they could make up their minds.
Alkil has a title, so he is not a complete newbie. And the reason, probably, is that he was running around and pkilling low level people for eq. And someone didn't like it. If I didn't read this post I would have killed Alkil myself, I was already about to, then saw this and decided that he had enough.
I helped alkil get some decent druid spells.
1) Grosh
2) Lincoln
3) Alkil
From the log posted here, Alkil was fair game 100%. He was stupid enough to sit in a nonpeace room, he deserved to die again. No matter how 'logical' you try to be with your argument it won't help the fact that Alkil is quite obviously a dumbass for sitting in nonpeace when he knew for a fact there was someone aggressive toward him out there.
The fair game concept I considered invalid till I found it part of the new ruleset. The rules are the rules.
Idiot.
Or was it naked when you first killed it?
Sancho's a fag, rurh's a fag, the world goes 'round.
That is all.
always nice to see grown ups express themselves.
