    I may not know much, but I'm pretty sure Bede College is not on the level of Oxford or Cambridge.

Also, just in case you care, all colleges in England are like community colleges here in America and they are basically free, after you attend the 'community college' you go onward to University, we seperate the two. "A" levels in college, degree in Uni.
