In the Sandy Wastelands
    Vast expanses of sand are laid out before you. A layer of crystalline
salt covers the sand in places where the last pools of the Sirrion Sea had
existed before drying up completely. Much has changed since the cataclysm;
hardy vegetation now springs up in various places, and only the abundance
of bleached sea shells remind you that this place was once under water.
A single steel coin lies here.

The Edge of a Vast Wasteland
    The sandy ground changes to a pavement of cobbles here. The winds have
deflated the sands leaving only cobbles lying at the surface. The ground
gently slopes up to the north here. The vegetation struggles to survive
amongst the rocks and the wild animals that feed upon it. The white peaks
of the Kharolis Mountains lie close to the north and the vast wastelands
occupy the south.
