A lesser displacer beast arrives from the south.
Before the Dwarven Gates
    You stand before a huge pair of carved stone gates. They are set into
the side of the mountain here. The path leads right up to the gates
themselves. It also leaves south back down the mountain. It is apparent
that the gates were built for a purpose. They appear quite sturdy and
impregnable.
A demon is here, phasing in and out of reality at random points in space.

    Blame yourself for not having fun because of killing any competition before they have any chance to put up a fight.

    It occurs to me that competition just turned out to be not competitive enough, and killed self by losing the willpower and motivation.

    Nah, its pointless to try to establish a competition when 3 stunners and 2 nobash chars are hunting you every time from the second you log on.

    Keeping the competition from ever getting competitive is smart tactics, but very disingenuous to do so while complaining there's not enough competition to be fun.

    Same with both clans relentlessly hunting their opponent's newbies, creating a situation where you basically need to level up as unknowns, and then in the same breath complaining about the fact that their opponent is always hiding unknowns everywhere.

    the best part is that nobody involved in this log is commenting, goes to show that at the end of the day, this mud is still driven by the hardcore players and that everyone else is pretty much irrelevant filler
