    Jierk tends to highlight anyone who he's failed a pk attempt on in the past by either himself or an alt. I must admit that his ability to wield Renshai as the dull bladed sword that it is pretty well. A pity we all don't have a no questions asked clan to settle all of our personal vendettas.

    Let's not argue so much about every other krogan. I dunno who he is as well, this is Akiwa's secret and he wouldn't tell anyone. But if they say it's BSP, be that way.

    Why not argue about the fact that powerful clans feel they have the right to attack everyone they suspect being part of an opposing clan? I think most of us have been on the receiving end at least once when we just started to play, including people that are clanned now. There's one thing about attacking a level 20 basher because he's a suspect. That character can be rerolled easily most of the time. But attacking a neutral of above let's say level 28 and preventing him from playing that character ever again just sucks if he indeed is a true neutral. It probably means he does not have a lot of playing time and it will take a long ass time for him to get another char up to that level. I know the clans are willing to do that to people and see it as an unfortunate side effect of the wars, but as some threads on the forums have already showed, a lot of people don't like that it happens. So, if someone indeed is a neutral it's worth every single argument to try to get him unhighlighted so he can play his characters again in my opinion. I absolutely hate the argument 'so and so told me he is evil, thus he must be from the opposite clan'. At least try to have some evidence to show, or at least know and have a semi-justifyable reason why you whack someone. This has nothing to do with this specific case with Krogan by the way, it's just a general remark.

    Arne u wasted a whole lotta time with that one buddy, senseless neutral killing is an arctic past time. Has been since shriners will be for every other year to come, dont try to enlighten peole, the whole reason that they kill unknowns like that is exactly because that. they are unknowns they aint gonna admit they are whatever clan so they just kill it just in case it is. gear is repopable.

    So what if it's just a game. That's really an irrelevant point. It must pay attention to real life, because real life brains are playing it. This is the standard argument I hear all the time.

    Rurh i've zoned with you previously and you should know that i do not random as much as possible.
    
    However, people are aware that they can and will be killed it is a known fact. Therefore the consequences of that kill maybe permanent highlight is a risk you are willing to take when you spend your time playnig this game. Thus it is perfectly ok to kill someone because they should already be aware of the risk they are taking by investing there time into this game. In short ignorance is not bliss. Most are aware that you can be pked easily on this game and those who are not find out really quickly. If they decide to invest more time into the game that is on there own free will and their own risk, no one holds a gun to their head and says play it. There is no other identical mud to this one same mobs etc. The rules are set. Live with them or code your carbon copy of arctic yourself and don't allow pking.
    
    Whether you feel this is morally correct is your own opinion. But I am pretty sure the majority of the mud would like to keep it a pk mud.
    
    P.S. Don't say if this is true then no one will join because i started 3 wipes ago and it was a pk mud then, and i have the 2nd highest ranked druid now so if you do choose to invest your time wisely, rather then whining about getting pked, you can learn and get better. That is all.

    If people say this is just a game, what they mean is there is no right or wrong on Arctic, it is childish to think that any laws of fairness and equality in real life would apply to a game based solely on fiction, fantasy, adventure, and killing eachother.
    
    Some people who don't want to be a part of the pking, and don't want to be involved in clans, do very well for themselves. They stay out of the eyes of every clan, and pop a lot of good eq that would be difficult for any clan to obtain. In the offchance that they are killed by a clan, it's time to negotiate, and if that fails, start over or join the opposite side. While some others have great difficulty loading equipment for themselves without large groups, and they find it unfair that they cant stay out of clans and pk and still have nice eq, so they whine about it instead of learning how... I'm not naming names(Rurh) but if you want to stay out of Clans and PK you have to have the right approach, and flaming people on forums and using name/title schemes for your characters is not the way to go.
    
    P.S. Too bad after all that time playing for 3 wipes you still suck ass gay-Eddie!

We had quite a few weak chars and i really dont think you had 8... and one of your clanmate when i said we wouldnt ever get a real fight going on they said that a real fight doesnt have to happen and they plan to do small attacks...     No one is pointing at gun at my head and telling me to do anything. I can go to the beach, I can go hiking, I can play/watch sports. I can build nuclear reactors in my garage for the fun of it.. Yes we all make these choices. But the fact that we did make these choices, doesn't give people the right to destroy my work, or be a complete jackass to me.
    
    And again, (and again and again), I have said nothing about removing the pk aspect from the game. I have said that it adds depth. But with any freedom, it can be taken too far, and cross the line from fun to destructive.
    
    Of course randoming and pk are within the rules. That's not what disgusts me. It's people's lack of ablility to see beyond their own needs and temptations to consider other people. Whether technically you are allowed to do so is beside the point.
    
    The point is, you made that decision to harm someone else. And that makes you less of a person.
    
    Nor is it childish to consider that what you do in the game affects people in real life (Childish? wtf. And I suppose being selfish and egocentric is the 'adult' way.). BECAUSE such efforts has been put into the GAME, many people play because of the GAME, and only stay around because of the GAME, not because of the assholes who fester within it.

    PS - You don't have to consort with clans to be highlighted as one... you'll be highlighted as one for the random roll of a die.
    
    Doobie: I do do all the wonderful things I do. I may or may not change anyones minds, but I'd rather try and get people thinking than stand by and do nothing. If people grew any form of intellect, they'd see beyond a simple post-rate, and read what's actually there.
